Content for your communications


Having a clear plan of what you will communicate and when is key. Communicate regularly, consistently and with purpose. One of the key concepts to remember is that people relate to people. So consider using content that is about the impact you have made as a chaplaincy, or maybe a simple story of one of the youth taking prayers and being involved.

Creating and using the right content for your communications and marketing can be time-consuming and frustrating. We suggest taking time to find a good system that works for you within your own chaplaincy resources for each of the types of content you need. Being organised really helps in the long run, and as ever, ensure all passwords are shared or accessible to others.
