The start of the process will be a short questionnaire to gain a good overview of your current situation, your needs, skills and resources.  This will be followed up with an online consultation. These first two steps will be similar for all chaplaincies but the development options we suggest may be very different depending on the unique combination of needs, skills and resources.

For example, a small chaplaincy or congregation may not need their own dedicated website. It's possible A Church Near You (ACNY) page plus some socials may be a more suitable option.

While a larger city centre chaplaincy who has to cater for a more diverse and larger audience and visitors would have totally different needs.
