IME 2 Priestly Formation Curriculum
The phrase ‘Initial Ministerial Development (IME) Phase 2’ reflects the understanding that formation, education and training for ministry takes place
Training Incumbents for stipendiary curates are identified through consultations between the Diocesan Bishop, the Suffragan Bishop, the Archdeacon
The curacy (and indeed the curate’s future ministry) is shaped by how well the curate is able to understand and integrate the interconnecting aspects
To help you draw up a Working Agreement and Training Plan, the following sets out some general guidelines and a ‘Worklist for Training’
The Diocese is committed to support the work of training incumbents throughout the training period of their curates.
