• Video Troubleshooting Guides: A great range of videos for CollecTin and Payaz Giving Station devices, produced by the Diocese of Truro in the UK.
• Support from Payaz for the Giving Station and TapBox devices. You can also contact them via support@payaz.com
• Support from CollecTin for their CollecTin More devices. Some of their resources can also be used for Payaz devices.
• Support from Give A Little if you have any software issues.

Thanks to Church of England and Diocese in Europe funding, we have now been able to provide over 60 contactless card devices to chaplaincies. We have a small number of diocesan grants available in 2026, enabling more churches to benefit from digital giving.
