Thanks to more funding from the Church of England and the Diocese in Europe funding, we are able to offer more card reader devices to chaplaincies.

FREE small card reader devices:

If your chaplaincy is in an area of deprivation or serves a deprived demographic, we will be able to provide you with a FREE card reader device in early 2027. The device will be the Collectin Solo and your chaplaincy will be offered training and support throughout the process. Please contact Juliet Evans to register your interest.

Grants for other card reader devices:

If your chaplaincy isn't eligible for a free device, then you can apply for a grant towards either a small or larger device via the Digital Giving Expressions of Interest application form.

• Video Troubleshooting Guides: A great range of videos for CollecTin and Payaz Giving Station devices, produced by the Diocese of Truro in the UK.
• Support from Payaz for the Giving Station and TapBox devices. You can also contact them via support@payaz.com
• Support from CollecTin for their CollecTin More devices. Some of their resources can also be used for Payaz devices.
• Support from Give A Little if you have any software issues.
