As Head of Strategy, Ella is accompanying the diocese as we discern what God is calling us to in the changing context in Europe, in order to build a common vision, strategy and plan for our future mission and ministry. 

 

Ella joined the diocese in September 2025, having previously worked for USPG and the Methodist Church, and brings expertise in refugee ministry, young adult development, and environmental justice. She is a Local Preacher in the Methodist Church, is studying for her master's in theology at Sarum College, and lives in East London.
