BACK TO CHURCH SUNDAY IN THE DIOCESE IN EUROPE

This year Back to Church Sunday is 27 September.

This is a growing initiative in the Church of England and beyond. The programme is not complicated; it is based on the simple invitation to a friend, neighbour or contact: “Would you like to come to Church with me?”

If chaplaincies wish to purchase a Back to Church Sunday pack, they can be ordered directly from: team@backtochurch.co.uk. In making an order, please ensure that you give full contact details (name, address, telephone and email address), noting the number of pack required. The cost is £20 plus £5 towards the cost of postage.

Back to Church Sunday has already been given a particular boost in the Archdeaconry of France this year as Michael Harvey, one of the founders of the movement, addressed the synod at their recent meeting in St Jacut, Brittany, from 6 – 8 May. His winning presentation was well received by the clergy and lay delegates.
